Welcome to Parlia Pro. By accessing or using our website and services at parliapro.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Parlia Pro, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Parlia Pro is intended for adults and is not directed at minors.

2. Description of Service

Parlia Pro is an AI-powered parliamentary procedure assistant based on Robert's Rules of Order, 12th Edition. It provides informational guidance to help users understand parliamentary procedure. It does not constitute professional legal or parliamentary advice.

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You may not share your account with others or allow multiple people to use a single account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Parlia Pro offers free accounts and paid membership plans billed monthly or annually.
• All payments are processed securely by Stripe.
• Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing period.
• Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• Monthly subscriptions: You may cancel at any time. Your access continues through the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued.
• Annual subscriptions: Annual memberships are non-refundable. If you cancel, you retain full access through the end of your annual term. No partial refunds are issued.
• Question Boosts: All one-time Question Boost purchases are final and non-refundable.

6. Question Boosts

Question Boosts are one-time purchases that add questions to your account. They do not expire as long as your Parlia Pro account remains active. Question Boosts are non-transferable and have no cash value.

7. Meeting Storage

Meeting storage — the ability to save generated meeting minutes to your account — is available exclusively to active annual subscribers at the Member, Officer, and Presiding tiers. Monthly subscribers do not have access to meeting storage.

• Base storage slots are included with each annual tier: Member (4 slots), Officer (12 slots), Presiding (24 slots). These slots reset to zero at the start of each annual renewal period.
• Storage add-on purchases (8, 12, 24 slots, or Unlimited) are one-time purchases. Purchased slots carry over permanently and do not reset, provided your annual subscription remains active.
• Freeing up slots: Downloading a saved meeting or deleting it from your account frees up that slot for reuse within the same subscription year.
• Annual renewal and data retention: Approximately 30 days before your annual renewal date, Parlia Pro will send an email reminder advising you to download any saved minutes you wish to keep permanently. Upon renewal, your base storage slots reset and previously saved meetings in those base slots are permanently deleted. Purchased add-on slots and any minutes stored within them are not affected by the annual reset.
• Subscription lapse: If your annual subscription expires or is cancelled, your saved meeting data will be locked and inaccessible. If you resubscribe within 90 days, your data will be restored. After 90 days of inactivity, all saved meeting data is permanently deleted with no ability to recover it.
• Storage add-on purchases are final: Storage add-on purchases are non-refundable. If your subscription lapses and is not renewed within 90 days, purchased storage slots and all associated data are permanently deleted.
• Unlimited storage is valid for the life of your active annual subscription. It does not carry over to a new subscription period if there is a lapse of more than 90 days.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or account restrictions
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the service
• Use automated tools to send queries to the service
• Share, resell, or redistribute access to the service

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Parlia Pro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated responses are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. Parliamentary procedure guidance should be verified against the official RONR text for high-stakes decisions. We are not liable for any decisions made based on the service's output.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Parlia Pro and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to decisions made in meetings or organizational settings based on AI-generated guidance.

11. No Affiliation

Parlia Pro is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to the National Association of Parliamentarians or the authors or publishers of Robert's Rules of Order.

12. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and design of Parlia Pro is owned by Parlia Pro and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, without regard to conflict of law principles.
